Four projects, documented in full — the problem, what I actually did, and what changed because of it.
User activity was increasing, but resolution time wasn't keeping pace. The same issues kept recurring — not because of volume, but because information was spread across multiple tools with no single, reliable view.
"Growth doesn't slow teams down. Unstructured systems do."
On a USSD platform, confused users don't complain — they simply stop. A large share of support requests traced back to the same points in the user journey. It looked like a volume issue; it was actually a friction issue.
"In environments where users don't give feedback, behaviour becomes the loudest signal."
As activity increased, tracking performance got harder — not from a lack of data, but a lack of visibility. Data points existed across tools, but nowhere in one place.
"Data is only useful when it's visible and actionable."
Project Manager, leading a cross-functional team of 30 through an 8-sprint Agile rollout for a fictional hospital client, as part of a Project Management certification capstone.
The decisions, the constraints, what I'd do differently — I'll go as deep as is useful.
